Fiuggi pizza kit consists of two pounds of dough and one pint of sauce

This dough is superior because

C) We avoid texture modifiers, gels, dough stabilizers, preservatives, artificial flavorings, or shelf-life extenders.
Ingredients: High protein flour, water,
EVOO, decade-living mother yeast from Fiuggi and sea salt.

Stretch the dough using your fingertips to your preferred crust thickness.
After stretching, let the dough relax for a minute, then stretch it to the edges of the pan or sheet.
Add sauce and toppings, adding a little more to the hedges as the edges cook faster; this will ensure that the pizza cooks evenly.
Heat your oven to 550°F. Place the pizza on the bottom shelf and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
